VIX Index API: VIX as JSON
A VIX index API returns the CBOE Volatility Index as JSON under VIX. On Indices-API that is GET /api/latest with symbols=VIX. Latest inverted ticks use the USD* key when base=USD — copy the live key; do not invent USDVIX.
